What a great video to watch while riding my office chair holding the handlebars of keyboard and mouse. The surface of the top secret test road seems a little dicey for a sportbike, but what a blast. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll have a moment to look at my bike in the garage while loading the kids into the minivan tonight.

The surface was backroad asphalt with quite a few patches and quality changes, all made more difficult with passing shadows. Hence the more restrained right wrist. But it was still fun!

Flirting with the centerline on a few of those corners eh! That'll hurt one day.;)

This is what happens when you go out and play with the fast boys,

I love it when the Socialist Republic Of British Columbia spends good money on good roads.

There's just the small problem with a bit of water between here and there. My vidoes were of roads within a hard days ride:D By the way is that an older monster? Duc GT? Sounds like a twin.
Beautiful roads, little room for error though.

Have you guys ever checked out RoadMC.com (http://www.roadmc.com/default.asp?pub=0&sub=6&labb=US)? It offers a bunch of info on European speeding laws along with some great on bike footage.

The flight is worth it. Besides, it would take me a lot longer to get to where the best roads aren't nearly half as interesting.

Sounds like it. Its not my video; its just a road I have driven countless times. I'm glad someone finally posted a video of it.

Don't I know it. Its the road I take to my hotel, so at the end of a long tiring day of riding, I've made my share of mistakes on it.
Actually, it sounds like a race track on weekends. They cart one rider away in a box every ten or so days during the summer.

Another one of my favourite roads.
It gets nice and narrow at about the 2' mark and the music starts just past the 3' mark.

I made that video two years ago and the bike was actually a prototype that Ducati asked me to try out. Glad you liked it.

Not likely; that road is far too twisty for you. :p
But you are free to come along next June...if you can keep up. ;)

There is FREE pizza and beer if you come along. Trust me, you'll need it...I need it after a workout on that road after a long day of riding.

It's not bikes, but when it's cold and wet these can be nearly as much fun. Nearly.
