Uwe, for some time in the back of my mind I knew I wouldn't have to worry about re subscribing for ages. This is because every bike show i went to for a few years I kept purchasing the most number of years for the best price. They assured me that these extra years would rollover and keep extending my expiry date accordingly. (which shouldn't be for a few years still)
But I just noticed that what I am interpreting to be an expiry date, is saying 2010-04 on my mailing label. So April of 2010? This is short a few years. It's as if a few years already paid for has just disappeared on me.
Would like the specifics of who I spoke to and where and when ordered and the expiry given me listed here, or do you want me to email you?

Speaking of subscriptions, I renewed mine several weeks ago, and have yet to see the latest copy (September) in my mailbox. I know the payment went through, just wondering if I should buy the September issue off the rack at the local grocers( that just seems so wrong!) I did peek at the issue today, but I don't want to spoil the surprise of the complete contents (something about nudity?).

Stan,
It does take a little time for renewals and the like to go through. Until now I've been helping everyone from the forum with their subscription issues but lately it's become more difficult for me to stay on top of the requests, especially since I'm only in the office sporadically this time of the year. I've posted a sticky at the top of this forum with contact information in the event anyone has an issue with their subscription.
If that doesn't help contact me directly via PM or email and I'll look into it further.
Regards,
Uwe
Steve, I'll be seeing your case through with head office.

Thanks Uwe, I'll give it a little more time before I E-mail the subscription folks at the office. I just gotta be a little more patient, but you know how it is, new issue and a test of the V7 Guzzi !( and some sort of nudity as well?)

For months I have been patiently waiting (as per Uwe's request) for my mailing label to finally show my new expiry.
Old label said EXP: 2011-05 so May of 2011
After contacting Uwe a few times to sort out my new expiry so that it would finally show the new addition of another paid-for 2 years, it should read:
EXP: 2013-05.
But now CC has changed the label into some sort of code that makes no sense.
My new label says: 14 06117 but the '7' might be a '?' mark. I have no idea.
But what I do know is that however that code is to be interpreted, I have no idea if my subscription is finally sorted out to show the proper expiry date of May 2013 or not. :(
Uwe? or anyone else figure this out?
Why do companies always have to change things?
EXP: with the year/ slash / month worked! (Providing it showed the correct expiry). This new code just adds confusion.
Renewing a subscription should not have to be this difficult.
Let us know, ok Uwe? Sorry this keeps falling back on you but you can likely enlighten me and others who must be wondering how to decipher the new label.
