When I saw this thread title I got a little spooked. Oh no, not another problem! It's late and I'm too damn tired to deal with something new right now.

Luckily it's an easy question to answer: those late night users are internet goblins, or as they're also known as, spiders, crawlers and other misc. search bots from places like Yahoo and Google. For some reason Yahoo unleashed a full court press on this site and had their little creepy crawlers working through every nook and cranny.

At least that's the version we're giving you Tim. (truth is we all meet up here after you go to bed and tell jokes about your BMW - just like they used to in the bunker)

Great, now I'm feeling REALLY secure! Spiders, crawlers, Yech!

Last night I lost an hour when the step-daughter and two of her munchkin firends came in at 4 am and decided to toast bagels. I locked 'em in the basement and it took me an hour to get back to sleep.

I've set my alarm for 3:14 and there's a can of Raid beside the bed. I'll catch 'em if I can, and read BMW reviews to 'em until they promise not to boost the stats unnecessarily...
