A tribute to the expulsion of wasted gas!

Gatling Gun inspired mega can.

Like the organ pipes in a cathedral; the sound is just as divine.

I'm at a loss to describe this one. A bad case of indigestion? Either way, a perfect exhaust for a highway tailgater.

Buell have always done it different.

Flowing canister on new 'busa. OK, it's an aftermarket unit, but it looks like it was forged out of flowing lava.

Ah. KTM's new RC8. Yes I'm partial; sometimes subtlety is everything like this little orifice that looks more like a waste gate pipe.

Last and Least: sometimes they just get it horribly wrong.

Not sure if I like the busa pipe or not but it is sure nice to see something different. I saw a beautiful black Busa with a very nice Acropovick pipe the other day but was most impressed by the sound. Not too loud. Just a very nice menacing growl. a very nice tone. I really do not like loud pipes.Of course the ridability and overall performance are what makes a good pipe a great pipe.

So, I guess I'm still the only one around who liked the looks of the two double-pipes on the first generation Kawi Z1000. The second generation bike's pipes look like something out of Jim Carrey/The Mask

I like the first gen KZ1000 pipes but they do look like they were stamped from sheet steel and welded by a kindergarten class if you take a close look.
Still, they give a certain heft to the back of the bike.
